This is the colour of my dreams. This sentence was written by Joan Miró on a painting from 1925 in which the white of the canvas gives way to a small, cloudy white stain, serving as the title and presentation of an exhibition which will open next Saturday the fifteenth in Mataró.

This will be the first cultural activity prepared by a new group of citizens eager to participate directly in a debate focused on contemporary culture. The exhibition features works by new artists from different parts of the world and with different concepts, artists with renowned careers in art where the use of a wide range of three-dimensional materials and photographic processes are the most common elements.

Akané, Xavier Arenós, Jordi Canudas, Jordi Cuyàs, Domènec, Josep Ma Martín, Dani Montlleó, Aureli Ruiz and Erich Weiss are the first artists to be invited by this new association. The exhibition project aims to be the public presentation of an initiative that may extend its programme and area of activities with time, while remaining true to the values of contemporary culture.
